Did Kangoo for the first time today with a bunch of co workers. Maribel is such a great instructor, so much energy and you can clearly see how much she loves what she does. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something new. The workout was great and I can't wait to do it again.

It was an awesome experience! Today was my first class and I enjoyed it immensely! Maribel is a great instructor and the atmosphere is casual and fun. I usually find exercising a chore, but this is definitely not a chore! Highly recommend!
I bought the boots and tried to use them by myself a few years back. Gave them up for a while (because you know, life and all), but when I heard about a class coming close to where I live, I thought someone is trying to send me a message and I couldn't wait to give it a fair try, for real this time. OMG! What started as a merely attempt to use my boots, turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me! Cannot find a single bad thing about it, besides the fact that I am totally hooked. I wouldn't miss a class for anything, and I got other friends to come and try it too (they owe me big time, I know). The class is fun, the instructor is amazing, and by the time the class is done, everyone is friends with everyone. It's truly impressive how happy people are after Maribel gives them a run (Jump??) for their money.
Maribel is amazing!! You will not find a better kangoo intructor in the area. She is very good for giving each of her students the extra time and individual attention they need at no extra cost. She goes above and beyond. She is truly passionate about helping people. And is obviously not in this for the money. If you are nervous about getting started with Kangoo. Maribel's group is the way to go.
Kangoo class is an excellent way to get your “jump into fitness”. I have the grace and coordination of a big fat bull in a China shop but it doesn’t stop me and the other people in the class accept it making me feel very comfortable. Our instructor Maribel and others in the class are very supportive. During the breaks, Maribel or others will demonstrate or give pointers to help us out. As someone that is older, larger and definitely out of shape, the Kangoo boots are a man-made way of letting me feel like a kid again to enjoy jumping, bouncing, dancing, and just getting active without having the full impact of stress placed on the joints. The boots also give me the support, confidence, and ability to put 110% into my workout as they provide the much needed support to my one ankle. Maribel, our instructor, has the energy of the “Energizer Bunny” and just as I am feeling like the energy is draining, she gives me that boost that makes me revive and keep on going and going! She keeps an eye on her class and if she sees us struggling (my coordination and lack of fitness – the fitness level is improving with each workout and I am working on the coordination which may happen at some point too), she is there to ensure we get the most out of our workout. Maribel is very supportive to every participant as we work towards our life changes and fitness goals. It doesn’t cost anything to try it for the first time. I went to two classes and I made the personal commitment and purchased my own pair of Kangoo boots so come on out, enjoy the workout, the people, the music and put a “little bounce” into your step again! Kangoo Club Edmonton is an awesome club to join and be a part of as we “bounce” our way along on our journey towards meeting our goals.
So much fun and easy on the joints. It doesn't hurt my knees and I get a great cardio workout to some fun music. Honestly I feel like a kid on a trampoline. It hardly feels like exercise.
